Arashi is my OC.
This time I scanned a drawing and used the pencil lines, I was too lazy to make "line art'' (or whatever its called)

Arashi made by other awsome artists

nice colors! i'm with you, man; drawing lineart's a waste of time, pencil is the ultimate tool of art :D

Always remember the rules of Graphic Design:
FAST, CHEAP AND GOOD - you can only have 2.
GOOD, CHEAP design doesn't come FAST
CHEAP, FAST design is never a GOOD one
FAST, GOOD design is not CHEAP
Thanks:D!!It sure is, I'm going to use pencil more often... it doesn't look that bad:P

wow nice work~! [and you kept the pencils ~! ^^]

what did you use for the shades ?

a glimpse of happiness or a glimpse of sorrow, which one would you pick ?
I never use pen anymore. I just bring the contrast up, and digitally erase the unwanted lines. Pencil can also give the lines a nice soft look to them (as you can see here.)

If I could enter my imagination, I wouldn't come back alive.
Thank you!:D

for the hair and the cloths I used, the airbrush with a self chosen colour, with the opacity very low to make it look smoother. for the skin I used the highlight brush. so I dont really use shades, more highlights;)

somtimes I bring the contrast up too (but my lines look always too squiggly if I do so), using just pencil makes the drawing more 'real' because it is not 100% computer made, thats what I like about it:)

eh ? my drawings are good enough? [so you looked ^^;] ...well sorry for those messy drawings I made...as you see I'm just an amateur ^^

Anyways, thank you ^^

Haha, for the most people it is hard to see how good their own drawings are, but you're absolute no amateur!
